Hello! I am Kelly. I am a topographer, nature lover, and above all, the mother of Myrto, whom I love deeply and who taught me to appreciate the importance of the small everyday moments. Soon after my graduation, I decided to return to Sparta, and today I run the family business of citrus packing. My love for plants, the experience, and knowledge passed on to me by my dad and grandfather, and the rural development seminars I have attended have made me want to play a more active role in the consumer's plate. I want to offer consumer products of exceptional taste and nutritional value through Spartan Delicacies.

Hello! I am Maria, Doktor der Naturwissenschaften, Chemist, Master Olive Oil consultant, Yoga instructor, and most importantly, a proud mother of three adorable children, Aris, Iris and Ion. I believe in a healthy mind in a healthy body, which is why I take a holistic approach to my daily life. As a permanent resident of Belgium, through Spartan Delicacies, I want to bring the flavors of my childhood to my family, friends, and consumers of our products and invite them on a delicious food journey through the exceptional products of my country. Family, food and travel, make my world go round and round!

Our Family (Our Roots)

Our father (and until recently also our grandfather) is engaged in the cultivation of oranges and olives. As children, our first impulses were connected to the earth and all that it offers us. Our grandfather ate a slice of bread with our oil every day, he was active and lived to the age of 99 with a sharp mind and moral flourishing. His way of eating and living in general helped him to reach this age. Through this venture of ours, 'Spartan Delicacies', we want to encourage our customers to follow our grandfather's example and live a quality life.
