Mountain tea, also known as ‘Sideritis', it is a herb that is highly cherished in Mediterranean countries, especially Greece. It is known for its pleasant aroma, unique taste, and aftertaste, and has numerous therapeutic properties.


The herb is rich in nutritional values and helps in hydrating the body. It is also helpful against colds, respiratory and gastrointestinal issues, and exhibits anxiolytic-like properties.

Ingredients: Wild Tea from mount Parnonas, organic

 

Preparation method for 2 cups: 

-Add seven sprigs to cold water, boil for 3 minutes, wait until it cools down, and strain into mugs.
-Boil the water in a kettle or metal vessel (pot-kettle). Put the tea in a fireproof utensil, add boiling water, leave for 5 to 10 minutes, and strain into the mugs.

25g is enough for 8-10 cups / It can also be drunk cold (Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days). For tea, the best sweetener is honey.

We recommend spruce, fir, or conifer blossom honey.
